Marleen Pedjasaar
Karl Haljasmets

Karl Haljasmets earned his master’s degree in 2015 with a European Commission full-ride scholarship from the Central European University and Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Pompeu Fabra University) joint programme in Public Policy. Previously, he graduated in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in Government and Politics from the University of Tartu. He has also furthered his education at TU Dortmund and George Mason University, where he studied Economics. Besides Haap, Karl currently works at Telema which is the leading EDI and e-invoicing operator in the Baltic States. Prior to Telema and Haap, Karl experience as a consultant at Civitta, the leading independent management consultancy in the Baltics and the Western CIS. Academically, Karl has an interest in topics related to e-solutions. Karl wrote his bachelor thesis on the political bias of the Estonian e-voting system. Karl’s master thesis analyzed connections between the level of e-government and different political and bureaucratic regulations. Throughout the years, Karl’s hobby has been journalism and in 2009 he was nominated for the European Young Journalist Award.

Carl Robert Pedjasaar

Carl Robert Pedjasaar is an experienced founder and has also been involved in real estate development. As an active entrepreneur, his strengths include managing business processes and resources and conducting development activities to achieve the company's growth potential. Carl Robert helps the client to analyze and map the needs of the business with the goal of finding ways to grow the business. After studying law, he can also advise clients on legal issues.

Martin Joesaarar

Martin Joesaar has worked in Estonian Defense Forces for over 15 years and has a wide experience in command and leadership with both people and projects. Long lasting cooperation with different NATO countries, multiple courses and exercises in Europe and in the USA in addition to a rotation in Afghanistan under ISAF has given him an experience with very different leadership methods and military decision making processes. As an experienced instructor he has ran multinational courses and training events from tactical level shootings to battalion level field exercises. Additionally he has also worked with writing the course syllabus in detail and developing new courses to your needs.

 

In his free time Martin works as an instructor at the Estonian Skydiving club and helps you jump out of a perfectly good plane, but in Haap he will help with optimizing decision making processes and leadership methods.
